The Hoy por Hoy program on Radio Algeciras, with journalist Juan Manuel Dicenta at the helm, was broadcast yesterday morning from the new Nexus Building that the Zona Franca has inaugurated in Algeciras, next to the Chamber of Commerce.
The special delegate of the State, Jorge Ramos, and the general director of the Consortium, José Manuel Fedriani, opened the program by exposing the advantages, services and facilities offered by the Free Trade Zone throughout the province and especially in Campo de Gibraltar.
Jorge Ramos reviewed the projects and investments that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone is carrying out throughout the province and explained that the large expansion and expansion project will position it as the first industrial and economic hub of the province in the next 3-5 years, detailing the customs and tax advantages that Campo-Gibraltar businessmen will soon be able to benefit from.
The general director of the Cádiz Institution also explained the services offered by the Free Zone and its centers of
business, in which an entrepreneur can access a space and start working from 50 euros per month.
In the second part of the program, the mayor of Algeciras, José Ignacio Landaluce, the president of the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce, Carlos Fenoy, and the businessman Javier Copano, one of the heads of DALSE, the company that manages the Algeciras Free Warehouse 50/50 with the Free Zone, participated.
All of them highlighted the importance of the growing presence of the Free Trade Zone in Campo de Gibraltar, both with this new Nexus building and with the expansion of the Tax Precinct in Los Barrios (El Fresno) and in Algeciras (Cortijo Real).
