The Europa Building in the Free Zone already has 100% occupancy

In the Free Trade Zone Business Center, which is located in the building, it operates at 99% with the coworking service as its star product.

The Diputación Hospitality School makes it possible for this facility in the heart of the campus to also have a character of diversity, uniting teaching and business activity.

The Europa Building, located in the Interior Precinct of the Free Trade Zone, is already 100% occupied after the only module that remained free on the second floor has been rented by an important company dedicated to verification and quality tasks. At the same time, the set of warehouses attached to the building is also complete after the last two occupations by a medical oxygen distribution company and another for the assembly and distribution of defibrillators.
The newly rented facilities on the second floor of the Europa Building, which occupy an area of ​​246.43 m2, were regularly used by the Consortium for different events since their aesthetics, spaciousness, quality of materials and luminosity allowed for a wide range of uses such as meetings with the media, business meetings or conferences for entrepreneurs, among others.
The Europa Building is an emblematic construction within the Fiscal Precinct both for its innovative aesthetics and for housing the Hospitality School of the Provincial Council and the Business Center of the Free Trade Zone, in addition to accommodating some businesses that were in the Exterior Estate and that have obtained a response to their relocation needs before the start of the reorganization of this industrial area of ​​the capital.
This construction was inaugurated in April 2013 and in just 10 months it had already exceeded 80% average occupancy in its available spaces after the transfer of the Hospitality School to its ground and first floors. In fact, the presence of the Hospitality School has meant that the activity of this building reaches high levels and gives it a character of diversity that unites teaching and business activities.
Currently, in addition to the teaching center that occupies 587.18 m2 of the ground floor and 639.62 m2 of the first floor, its facilities also house the Provincial Collection Service, which is located on 465.83 m2 of the ground floor, 567 .29 m2 of the first and 238.69 m2 of the second.
The Business Center occupies two floors (third and fourth) of the building with an area of ​​628.87 m2 and 628.57 m2 respectively and offers 35 offices with flexible modules according to needs, a meeting room, coworking rooms and a computer room and Its occupancy is currently 99%. The coworking service, a tool designed for entrepreneurs to start their activity in a professional environment for 50 euros per month –with internet, telephone, secretarial service, cleaning, etc. - has had a magnificent acceptance where companies and self-employed people from very diverse sectors coexist, ranging from IT, engineering, automotive, real estate and comprehensive cleaning services, among others.
In addition, the fifth floor of the building or attic was recently leased to an aeronautical company that occupies a total area of ​​378.55 m2.
