On March 13, 2015, at 11:30 a.m. on the first call and at 12 p.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the
matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the draft minutes of the sessions dated February 26 and 27, 2015.
SECOND.- Adjudication of Administrative File CO-0115-2014-00-A. Works necessary for the execution of the “PROJECT FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE OF “EL PORTAL”, in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz)”. Contracting co-financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
THIRD.- Ratification of the execution period provided for in Administrative File CO-0122-2015-00-A. Works necessary for the execution of the "PROJECT TO CORRECT TECHNICAL DEFICIENCIES AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PALMONES INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, Los Barrios (Cádiz). Contracting co-financed with Funds requested within the Framework of the ERDF Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and State Delegate for the signing of how many acts and contracts, public and private, are necessary in the execution of what has been agreed.
ROOM.- Authorization for the tender of the Works File for the execution of the "BASIC AND EXECUTION PROJECT OF 14 SHIPS. BLOCK T-3.2. MARISMAS DE PALMONES BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGICAL PARK, LOS BARRIOS (CADIZ)". Contracting co-financed with Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013." File CO-0109- 0015-00-A. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what was agreed.
QUINTO.- Authorization for the formalization of a loan with pledge guarantee with BANCO SANTANDER. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SIXTH.- Approval of new condition introduced in the loan contract to be signed with BANKINTER. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Authorization of a Public Call for the study of needs for the implementation of Industrial Projects and allocation of plots in the Industrial Estate of El Fresno, Los Barrios (Cádiz). Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
