The internship will be developed during two school years in five modules: Accounting, Treasury, Communication, Customer Service, Sales and Human Resources
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone continues to work on its commitment to the training and professionalization of future entrepreneurs. With this premise, the Consortium has launched a pioneering Training program with the Salesian School “San Ignacio” of Cádiz, called Professional Training in Alternation with which it aims to enhance learning in the workplace, facilitating the transition from the study phase to working life. Thus, this week the training begins at the company Desarrollos Empresariales, of the Zona Franca Group, with a student who will carry out her internship during this and the next course.
This innovative program prioritizes the application of theoretical knowledge to daily work activity, adjusting the training of students to the needs of the company. Along these lines, during two school years, the student selected for training will develop a program that combines training at the study center and a second phase - which begins this week - with training in company-center alternation.
The innovative nature of the course is due to the close collaboration and coordination of the educational center's teaching staff with the work tutors in the Free Trade Zone, who will even be part of the evaluation process of the professional modules included in the program.
The program has 5 modules with the objective that the student knows first-hand the main areas of the operation of a company: Human Resources; Accounting; Treasury; Communication and Customer Service; and Purchase and Sale.
The purpose of both the Free Trade Zone and the Salesiano school in this case is to facilitate the labor insertion of students as a result of their more complete training through direct contact with the company, as well as to enhance the company-school relationship by increasing the connection of the business fabric.
