The new industrial enclave would be located on a plot owned by Sodespar, a mixed municipal company, on the road from Paterna to Arcos.
The State delegate in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, received this morning at the Consortium's Headquarters the mayor of Paterna de Rivera, Alfonso Caravaca, and both held a meeting, together with technicians from both entities, in which possible joint lines of action for the municipality of Paterna were presented.
In this sense, the representatives of both institutions analyzed the proposal presented by the first mayor of this municipality to carry out an important project for the town, such as the development of an Industrial Estate on a plot located on the road from Paterna to Arcos de la Frontera and which is owned by Sodespar, Joint Municipal Society for Land Management and Local Development.
The objective of this industrial enclave would be to attract new companies to the municipality, as well as accommodate those others that are already established in the center of Paterna but need an improvement or expansion of their facilities. All of this will mean an important revitalization of the industrial fabric and, consequently, the reactivation of the economy and the creation of jobs.
With the premise of advancing possible collaborations, technicians from both institutions agreed to hold meetings and delve into the lines of action to carry out the project.
The Free Trade Zone has extensive experience in this type of projects in different municipalities of the province and has always been willing and favorable to collaboration between administrations.
