On September 30, 2014; At 2:30 p.m. on first call and at 3 p.m. on second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Approval of renewal and extension of the credit account to be subscribed with BANKIA in accordance with the conditions set forth by the Financial Entity. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of any acts and contracts, public or private, that are necessary in the execution of what has been agreed.
