The Consortium delegate, Jorge Ramos, will visit the mayor of the mountain municipality, Manuel Toro, to specify and expedite all the details of the action so that it can begin in 2015.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium continues to grow and will increase its presence in the Sierra de Cádiz region. Specifically, it will be in Ubrique where the Cádiz Institution plans to develop a set of 10 nest ships, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz and the INCYDE Foundation, -Camera Institute for the Creation and Development of the Company-.
This important facility for the mountain municipality will enable the creation of new spaces in which entrepreneurs in the area will be able to start and/or consolidate their activities with advantageous conditions and a minimal economic impact on their businesses.
The warehouses, whose construction is contemplated on the plot Sector PP-1, plot IT-5B, with an area of 1,568 square meters, will have different sizes, with 4 of 120 square meters planned and 6 of 150 square meters, all of them with mezzanines and equipped with the best qualities.
Within the framework of this action, the Special Delegate of the State in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, Jorge Ramos, will meet in the coming days with the mayor of Ubrique, Manuel Toro, to finalize the details of this initiative so that the action can be launched as soon as possible and always within 2015.
