On July 31, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. on first call and at 1:30 p.m. on second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Decisions to be adopted by the Executive Committee as sole member acting in the General Meeting of DESARROLLOS EMPRESARIALES DE LA ZONA FRANCA DE CÁDIZ, S.A.U. (DEZF):
- First.- Approval of the Abbreviated Annual Accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Statements of Changes in Net Assets and Report), and Application of the result corresponding to the 2013 financial year. Approval of measures to overcome the cause of dissolution in which the company is facing.
- Second.- Approval of the Management of the Administrative Body during the 2013 financial year.
- Third.- Granting of powers for the execution of the agreements adopted and registration in the commercial registry.
- Fourth.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the session minutes.
SECOND.- Authorization for the novation of a loan and credit policy signed with UNICAJA. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of any acts and contracts, public or private, that are necessary in the execution of what has been agreed.
THIRD.- Authorization for the formalization of REINDUS financing applications. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of any acts and contracts, public or private, that are necessary in the execution of what has been agreed.
ROOM.- Approval of the conventional and legal modification of the works contract for the execution of the project called “REHABILITATION OF THE OLD CONVENT OF SAN AGUSTIN FOR A BUSINESS CENTER AND BUSINESS SERVICES AND RENOVATION C/PUERTO, IN JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, CADIZ”. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of any acts and contracts, public or private, that are necessary in the execution of what has been agreed.
QUINTO.- Authorization for the formalization of an Agreement with the Andalusian Ports Agency of Andalusia for the acquisition of land in El Fresno, conditioning its signature on the existence of adequate and sufficient budgetary credit. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of any acts and contracts, public or private, that are necessary in the execution of what has been agreed.
SIXTH.- Addendum to the Agreement signed with the Ministry of the Interior in order to modify the staff of personnel who carry out surveillance work in the Interior Campus. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of any acts and contracts, public or private, that are necessary in the execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Ratification of allegations to the Preliminary Project regarding the results of the examination and verification of the General Account of the State for the year 2012, presented to the General Intervention of the State Administration.
