The agreement contemplates the rehabilitation-remodeling of the Gaditano Casino, which will be equipped with modern infrastructure in which the Zona Franca will have a Business Center
The Executive Committee of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, in its session held on the 17th, authorized the Consortium to sign agreements with the City Council of Cádiz and Casino Gaditano for the rehabilitation-remodeling of the emblematic Casino Gaditano building, in the Plaza de San Antonio de Cádiz, in order to modernize its infrastructure with an investment of more than 200,000 euros.
This initiative of the three institutions arises in order to boost economic and social activity in a strategic space of the city and will involve the presence of a Free Trade Zone in the historic center of Cádiz through a Business Center on the second floor, with offices, a meeting room and a multipurpose classroom, which will be made available to entrepreneurs-liberal professionals and will have reception-secretary services, company domiciliations; and advanced communication services.
