The project, which has co-financing from Feder Funds, has a guaranteed return on investment and its self-financing
The Executive Committee of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, in its session on the 17th, gave the green light to an operation that will improve the competitiveness of Harinera Vilafranquina, a company dedicated to the manufacture of flour and wheat semolina, located in the Interior Area: The construction of a new silo warehouse on plot P-22, annexed to the existing silo warehouse and with an area of 1,366.55 m2, and which will have a total storage capacity of 7,932 m3 of flour.

This initiative, which will involve a total investment of close to 11 million euros, is co-financed by Feder Funds within the 2007-20013 framework and is guaranteed the return on investment and its self-financing with separate lease contracts with the agri-food company for both the plot and the future building, for a period of 30 years.
Harinera Vilafranquina already has the basic project that addresses the development of the building, which will form a silo warehouse for flour and wheat semolina with mixing and automated loading and unloading facilities, whose purpose will be to serve the aforementioned already existing industrial facility, forming with it a functional unit.
In parallel, the execution project is being drafted and the appropriate request for a building permit will be presented shortly, a preliminary step for the bidding of this important project for the economy of the city of Cádiz and which will generate economic activity and consequently employment.
With this initiative launched, the existing land in the Cádiz Tax Precinct is practically filled with more than 97% of its capacity.
