Zona Franca delivers to Logista-Integra2 the logistics warehouse built in the Las Salinas Industrial Estate

On July 1, the Cádiz Free Trade Zone delivered to the Logista Integra2 company the logistics warehouse that the Cádiz Consortium has built in the Las Salinas Industrial Estate in El Puerto de Santa María and that has been executed by ECISA with a total investment of 1,700,000 euros.
With this new construction, which is expected to be operating at full capacity in the month of August, Logista-Integra2 will expand its facilities in the province and centralize all its logistics operations in the municipality of Porto.
These facilities, whose works began on September 19, 2013 and ended in May, are located on a plot of 6,598 m², with a constructed area of 2,557 m², including an attached office building, store, loading docks and cold storage.
It should be remembered that the facility was put out to public bid at the beginning of 2013 and finally the Logista-Integra-2 company was awarded the lease, with a 10-year extendable contract. Thus, the new warehouse will unify the two headquarters that the logistics operator currently had in the province and will allow the creation of 23 new jobs in the municipality, as well as take advantage of resources, expand business lines, thereby gaining competitiveness, with an estimated turnover of 2.2 million euros.
The new facility in El Puerto de Santa María will generate a type of logistics activity that currently does not exist in the Las Salinas Commercial Park, which is why it has great acceptance among the business sector of the municipality and the Bay, due to its strategic location and the wide range of services it will provide.
