Once the economic study of the initiative has been analyzed, Jorge Ramos and Miguel Urraca will meet again to close the agreement
The Special Delegate of the State in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos Aznar, held a working meeting this morning with the Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz, Miguel Urraca, in which they analyzed the possibility of collaboration in the development of a nest warehouse industrial estate in Ubrique, specifically on a plot owned by the Chamber of Commerce, which is located next to the Leather Technology Center of the mountain municipality.
Also present at the meeting were the Free Zone Chief of Staff, Tania Barcelona, and the general director, Jose Manuel Fedriani; and on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, Manuel Álvarez, director of International, Training and Commerce and José Manuel Cossi, director of the Department of Innovation, Tourism and Projects.
The project studied consists of carrying out a set of about 15 nesting warehouses with a surface area of around 150 square meters so that new business vocations can have a space to set up their company in unbeatable economic conditions, as this is an initiative co-financed with FEDER Funds through the INCYDE Foundation (Institute for Business Creation and Development).
Based on the offer from the Chamber of Commerce and given that the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium's priority objective is to be a generator of economic activity in the province, both parties have committed to meeting again in the coming days, once the economic study of the project has been evaluated, in order to reach an agreement that will allow it to become a reality in the coming months.
