Secondly, the Executive Committee of the Free Trade Zone Consortium meets.
Cádiz at its Headquarters, to know, deliberate and adopt agreements on the
matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Authorization for the modification of the financing conditions
current with Banco Santander and subscription of new financial instruments in the
conditions offered. Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and
Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private,
are necessary in the execution of what was agreed.
SECOND.- Authorization for the subrogation of a commercial loan signed between
Red Iberoamericana de Logística y Comercio S.A. and Caixa Bank. Delegation of
powers in the General Director to sign any acts and contracts, public and
private, are necessary in the execution of what was agreed.
