Zona Franca will put out to tender this Thursday the basic and execution project for the Arcos Business Center

The new building, financed with FEDER Funds, will be intended mainly for entrepreneurs
The Cádiz Free Zone Consortium will put out to tender this Thursday, October 31, with the publication of the announcement in the Official State Gazette (BOE) and in the Contractor's Profile on the Consortium's website, the basic and execution project for the construction in Arcos de la Frontera of a Business Center intended mainly for entrepreneurs in the area and with all the services for its easy and immediate installation.
The tender budget is 195,880 euros, VAT not included, and the contracting is financed by European Funds, within the framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
The tender comes after Zona Franca's reconsideration of extending the originally established deadlines –being 26 days to present the offer and 75 days to draft the basic and execution project, and to reduce the provisional guarantee from 3% to 1.5%.
It is worth remembering that this initiative is carried out thanks to the collaboration between institutions, a collaboration that was ratified in the signing in October 2012 of an agreement between the Free Zone and the City Council of the Arcense municipality, which laid the foundations for its development.

The project, in data

This project, on a plot of about 6,000 m², contemplates the development of a Business Center in two phases: in the first, 3,556 m will be built² Distributed on the ground and first floors and with a basement for parking for 50 spaces.
These 3,556 m² They will be distributed over 1,000 m² on the ground floor for commercial premises and 31 offices on the first floor, whose surfaces will range from 23 to 60 m². The second phase of action will expand these facilities in the future.
This will be a Business Center in the same line as those that the Free Trade Zone already has operating in different municipalities of the province such as Cádiz, Algeciras and El Puerto de Santa María. These are business spaces for entrepreneurs and companies, with advantageous rentals, equipped with new technologies, and with a significant reduction in businessmen's expenses since they share everything from telephone operators to meeting rooms. In these business centers an entrepreneur can have his company set up in less than 24 hours since they are delivered perfectly equipped.
During this year, the Cádiz Consortium has also put out to tender the basic and execution projects of other buildings with similar characteristics in Jerez and Vejer de la Frontera.
