On June 21, 2013; At 10 hours and 30 minutes on the first call and at 11 hours on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium must meet on an extraordinary basis at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the minutes of the Executive Committee session of May 24, 2013.
SECOND.- Ratification of the assignment of rental income as a guarantee of compliance with the conversion of the line of credit to a loan signed with UNICAJA dated June 4, 2013.
THIRD.- Ratification of the addendum to the Agreement signed with the Excma. Provincial Council of Cádiz for the establishment of the Hospitality School in the Europa Building of the Interior Precinct of the Free Trade Zone. Approval of the bidding file for the adaptation works. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
CUARTO.- Aprobación de criterios a aplicar en la revisión de rentas en contratos de arrendamiento y aprobación de supuestos concretos. Delegación de facultades en el Presidente y Delegado Especial del Estado para la firma de cuantos actos y contratos, públicos y privados, sean necesarios en ejecución de lo acordado.
QUINTO.- Aprobación de anulación de adjudicación de nave M3.13 y arrendamiento con opción de compra de nave M3.03 del P.I. Los Isletes de San José del Valle. Delegación de facultades en el Presidente y Delegado Especial del Estado para la firma de cuantos actos y contratos, públicos y privados, sean necesarios en ejecución de lo acordado.
SIXTH.- Authorization for the filing of a contentious-administrative appeal against the declaration of municipal incompetence to resolve appeals regarding passed-on IBI; exclusion of the same from the issues related to the impact of VAT charged on the IBI, which will be referred to the Regional Economic Administrative Court of Andalusia (TEARA) as it falls under the jurisdiction of the latter. Delegation of powers to the President and Special Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
SEVENTH.- Approval of the accounts corresponding to the 2012 financial year of the companies DEZF, RILCO, PCLS and IZF. Termination and appointment of directors at DEZF.
EIGHTH.- Approval of the ERDF Action Plan and Procedures Manual.
NINTH.- Requests and Questions.
