The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, and the president of the Cádiz Chamber of Commerce, Angel Juan Pascual, signed a collaboration agreement this morning to offer training and advice aimed mainly at the internationalization of the company. The program is aimed at entrepreneurs who have an idea to create their own business and SMEs that want to improve their existing one.
In this sense, the signed agreement has as its priority objective the improvement of business management of small and medium-sized companies, the development of initiatives aimed at self-employment and business creation, as well as the discovery and promotion of business initiatives that allow the business fabric to be improved and completed, in accordance with the new technological and organizational structures.
The training program launched by this agreement is aimed on the one hand at entrepreneurs who, starting from a business idea, want to develop it and put it into practice by creating their own company, and on the other, at small and medium-sized companies that want to improve the profitability of their company or evaluate other alternatives for international expansion.
The content of the program, which is co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Adaptability and Employment Operational Program that the INCYDE Foundation (Camera Institute for the Creation and Development of Business) has approved by decision of the European Commission, will offer a global vision of the different functional areas of the company to be able to determine market opportunities through knowledge of management tools.
Participants will be able to benefit from the experience of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone both in foreign trade and in promoting the entrepreneurial network. In fact, the Consortium has recently launched the Emprende Plan, with a series of advantageous conditions for this sector, in addition to involving attendees in the different projects already established in the Zona Franca facilities or those others in development.
