The project The aforementioned building is currently in tender, until April 11, with a budget of 195,880 euros (VAT not included).
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium is working to advance the deadlines for the tender for the works of the Business Center that it plans to build in Arcos de la Frontera. Thus, last Monday, March 18, it sent to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) the announcement of prior information on the Execution works of the so-called “Multifunctional Building on plot C-1 of the El Peral Industrial Park”, of the aforementioned municipality, the contracting of which is financed by FEDER Funds. The fact of having already sent the prior information notice to the OJEU reduces the deadline for submitting offers from 52 to 40 days.
The reduction in deadlines for the construction tender occurs in parallel with the bidding for the execution project of the Business Center, which was published in the BOE on March 12 with a bidding budget of 195,880€ (VAT not included) and with the deadline for submitting offers next April 11. The project is also financed by European Funds, within the framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
The initiative, on a plot of about 6,000 m², contemplates the development of a Business Center in two phases: in the first, 3,556 m will be built² Distributed on the ground and first floors and with a basement for parking for 50 spaces.
These 3,556 m² They will be distributed over 1,000 m² on the ground floor for commercial premises and 31 offices on the first floor, whose surfaces will range from 23 to 60 m². The second phase of action will expand these facilities in the future.
This will be a Business Center in the same line as those that the Free Trade Zone already has operating in different municipalities of the province such as Cádiz, Algeciras and El Puerto de Santa María. These are business spaces for entrepreneurs and companies, with advantageous rentals, equipped with all the new technologies, and with a significant reduction in businessmen's expenses since they share everything from telephone operators to meeting rooms. In these business centers an entrepreneur can have his company set up in less than 24 hours since they are delivered perfectly equipped.
The Cádiz Consortium has recently put out to tender the execution projects for other buildings with similar characteristics in Jerez and Vejer de la Frontera.
