A total of 9 companies opt to supply office furniture for the Europa Building Business Center in Cádiz

A total of 9 companies choose to supply and install the office furniture for the new Business Center of the Europa Building, recently inaugurated in the Interior Precinct of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz. The offers were announced yesterday, Monday, March 18, with the public opening of the economic proposals, and the information on the Technical Valuation. The award of the tender will be notified to the participants next week and will be published in the Contractor's Profile on the Consortium website www.zonafrancacadiz.com
It should be remembered that the Free Trade Zone put out to tender the competition for the supply and installation of the aforementioned furniture on January 14, with a budget of 58,947.27 € (VAT not included) and a deadline for submitting offers that ended on February 1. This equipment is financed by funds granted within the framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
The objective of the competition is to condition the third and fourth floors of the Europa Building as a Business Center. In the 1,720 square meters occupied by the two floors, at least 32 offices will initially be located to gradually expand the positions according to the needs of the clients up to a total of 67 jobs.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the supply and all modification work necessary for its correct installation. The contract will include all the tasks necessary for the installation of the furniture, transportation, access to the place, storage, unpacking, placement, assembly, cleaning and removal of packaging and remains of material.
Once the work is completed, Zona Franca will begin marketing the offices of the Business Center and installing those entrepreneurs and professionals who request it there, with which the Europa Building will expand the activity and occupation that the Diputación Collection Service has recently started, which occupies a total of 1,693.24 square meters on the ground, first and second floors.
