The Executive Committee of the Free Zone ratifies the agreement with the Provincial Council to install the Hospitality School in the Building

At its meeting today, the Executive Committee of the Free Trade Zone approved the agreement signed with the Provincial Council for the installation of the Fernando Quiñones Hospitality School in the Europa Building that the Consortium has recently built in the Interior Campus.
The governing body of the Cádiz Institution has also approved the tender for the adaptation works of the facilities where the school will be located, which will occupy a total of 1,250 square meters on the ground and first floors. This work will be put out to tender shortly and the contract between the Free Trade Zone and the Provincial Council will be for four years.
Jorge Ramos, delegate of the Free Trade Zone, and José Loaiza, president of the Provincial Council, closed the agreement on January 22 that will allow the Hospitality School to remain in Cádiz.
The technicians from both institutions have been working in recent weeks and the first phase of the works project for the construction on the ground floor of the kitchen, bakery and restaurant area is already complete, and the project for the fitting out of the classrooms and offices on the first floor is being finalized, where the recreation of a hotel room for the corresponding practices is even planned.
