Today, Saturday, the Free Zone has put out to tender, with the publication of the corresponding announcement in the Official State Gazette and in the Contractor's Profile on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com, the contract for the construction of 28 warehouses in the Villa de Rota Industrial Estate, after the previous day the State delegate in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of Rota, Eva Corrales, completed the entire previous procedure with the signing of the collaboration agreement, on the one hand, and with the signing of the deed, on the other.
The deadline for submitting offers or requests for participation will end at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, and the place to present them or request documentation, in addition to the aforementioned website, is the Headquarters of the Free Trade Zone, in the Interior Campus.
The work, which will consist of the construction of 28 nest ships on a plot of 7,407.83 m² and has a budget of 2,218,400.50 euros, VAT not included, it has a non-refundable subsidy of 1.77 million euros from the Reindus 2012 Plan.
