The delegate of the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, and the mayor of Rota, Eva Corrales, sign the agreement for the construction of 28 warehouses in the municipality at 10:30 a.m. in the Rota Town Hall.
The work of the 28 warehouses, which will be built on a plot of 7,407.83 m² and will be put out to tender shortly, it has a budget of 2,218,400.50 euros, VAT not included, and has a non-refundable subsidy of 1.77 million euros from the Reindus Plan.
Ramos and Corrales have held previous meetings at the headquarters of the Cádiz Institution to prepare the agreement that is signed today and that will allow the construction of 28 nest ships intended to respond to small and medium-sized businessmen and merchants in the city, in need of facilities in which to launch, expand or diversify their activities.
