At 2:00 p.m. yesterday, Wednesday, December 26, the deadline for submitting offers for the contracting of works for the execution of the project of the new Administrative Building that the Free Trade Zone is going to build in Algeciras closed. This initiative, which has a Reindustrialization aid loan of 8 million euros, 100% of the request made by the Consortium for its execution, includes the construction of a modern Business Center of 8,445.59 square meters, which will include a parking lot with capacity for 80 vehicles and more than 5,000 square meters of offices for entrepreneurs. The project is built on a municipally owned plot of 4,000 square meters located on Juan Pérez Arriete Avenue next to the Algeciras Chamber of Commerce.
Once the deadline for submitting offers has ended, a first phase of qualification of administrative documentation begins, which concludes on January 4, the date on which the technical offers will be opened to proceed with their examination and scoring according to the criteria included in the competition. Once the report has been prepared with the results of the technical offers, the economic offers will be opened and evaluated, the date of which will be informed in a timely manner through the Contractor's Profile on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
