The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, presided over the traditional Gaditanos of the Year awards ceremony for Onda Cero Radio which, once again, took place in the Heracles Building of the Interior Campus, and which featured an award-winning exception, Teófila Martínez, who received the award in the people category.
The director of Onda Cero, Eduardo García, opened the event and presented the winners, the Heladería Los Italianos in the Business category and the Red Cross in the Institutions category, in addition to welcoming Jorge Ramos as delegate of the Free Trade Zone.
The delegate congratulated the winners and praised the work of each and every one of them, with a special mention for the mayor of Cádiz, whom he described as “the best of all of us.”
Teófila Martínez was excited about the award and thanked the people of Cadiz for their trust in giving her their votes and noted that it is a “luxury and an honor.”” share this award with the Red Cross and Heladería Los Italianos.
José Blas Fernández closed the night, replacing the mayor, joking about this fact and highlighting the well-deserved tributes to the winners.
