1.1. Historical history
The Consortium of the Free Zone of Cádiz, entity of Public Law member of the State Public Sector and under the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, by virtue of the provisions of section 1 of article 4 of its Statute, according to the modification operated by the Order of June 25, 1998 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance by which certain modifications of the statute of the consortium of the Free Zone of Cádiz are approved by the order of the Free Zone. Executive, depending on the extraordinary general meeting of the Unipersonal Corporation Ibero -American Network of Logistics and Commerce dated July 4, 2000, agreed for the Constitution, for an indefinite time, of the Limited Liability Company under the denomination “The word Grupo de Communication, S.L.U.”, in deed granted in Cádiz, on November 3, 2000 (currently parking area Free Free S.L.U.).
On September 13, 2002, in Public Deed, Rilco sells 100% of the social participations to “Real Estate Free Zone of Cádiz, S.L”, registering in the Registry the change of single partner, and granting on the same day the deed of change of object and social denomination, which went on to be called “Zona Franca parking, Sme, S.L.U.”.
Subsequently, on November 30, 2011, the aforementioned sole partner, Real Estate of the Free Zone of Cádiz, signed a contract for the sale of social shares with business developments in the Free Zone of Cádiz, S.A.U. which transmitted to the latter all the participations of society. This operation was framed within the corporate restructuring raised by the consortium of the Free Zone of Cádiz.

1.3.1. Description Organizational Structure:
Although initially, in Aparcements Zone Franca S.L.U. There was a Board of Directors as a Body of Administration of the Company and a General Meeting, in June 2012, the Universal Board of Administration of Aparcimientos Zona Franca S.L.U. By which the proposal for the modification of the Administration Body of the Board of Directors to Single Administrator was agreed, a proposal that was elevated to the General Meeting of the company that agreed, unanimously, the change of the proposed administration body, thus complying with the orders of the Minister of Finance and Public Administrations, of March 30 and April 12, 2012, which approves the classification of the commercial companies and other public entities State in accordance with Royal Decree 451/2012, of March 5, which regulates the remuneration regime of the highest and managers in the public business sector and other entities.
Currently, the legal entity who serves as the sole administrator of Free Zone parking is business developments in the Free Zone of Cádiz, S.M.E., M.P., S.A.U., represented by the natural person of Mª Teresa Pazo Soto.
