OBSERVATIONS:

On 03/12/2018, contracting conditions were updated.Offers may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. on April 2.

On January 8, 2018, for greater clarity, the price table in the particular conditions document has been replaced, showing exclusively the value of the monthly rent without the common expenses detailed below.

On December 31, 2017, the date of delivery and opening of offers was corrected to comply with the minimum period of 20 calendar days from publication.

On April 11, 2018, the particular contracting conditions were updated and must comply with the minimum period of 20 calendar days from the update.
