A company specialized in real estate promotion has presented its proposal for the public offer of the EU-ZF-08-A Execution Unit in the exterior polygon of the free zone, where it intends to build a hotel establishment that complements a plot where the Incubazul Blue Economy Incubator will also be definitively housed.
The public offer for the purchase option of this plot published on January 10 and whose term has concluded this week has been closed with the presentation of an offer interested in taking that land to build a functional hotel that will serve the industrial zone of the capital, responding to a deficit of this type of establishments in the city.
The offer comes from the hand of an experienced promoter in these types of developments and will be responsible for building the equipment to recognized hotel brands for integration into the chain, several of these being interested in settle in Cádiz and in this area of the city where they will serve an audience in need of this type of facilities, mostly in displacements for professional reasons.
