The delegate of the Free Trade Zone and the mayor of Ubrique visit the municipality's business incubator

The businessmen of the 10 ships have moved their experiences to Victoria Rodríguez and Isabel Gómez, who have known their reality to improve future business initiatives

The nursery, opened at the end of 2015, It has a maximum 3 -year stay period since its objective is to facilitate the start of activity and consolidation of companies

The new public offer will be published shortly since the period of permanence of the current expires between March and May

The delegate of the Free Zone of Cádiz, Victoria Rodríguez, accompanied by the mayor of Ubrique, Isabel Gómez, have visited this morning the ships of the Ubrique Companies nursery, where ten companies are installed.

During the visit, Rodríguez and Gómez have exchanged experiences and opinions with the entrepreneurs who occupy this nursery of companies that was inaugurated in October 2015 and built by Zona Franca, after the signing of an agreement in December 2014 between Zona Franca, Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz and the INCyDE Foundation, with funds requested in the Feder 2007-2013 operational framework.

In this sense, the Free Zone Delegate has explained the importance of this type of acts since “a round trip information is necessary. The administration today has announced that the new offer for these ships will be opened shortly; of business ”.

For her part, the mayor of Ubrique has thanked the Free Zone and her delegate for the interest in knowing in the first person the concerns and proposals of Ubrique entrepreneurs and has agreed on "the importance that we can share reflections to improve future business initiatives."

It must be remembered that the ships- which are aimed at facilitating the implementation of companies and their consolidation- have responded to a great need for spaces of this type in the municipalities of the Sierra and have had full acceptance from the first moment. They are currently occupied by companies that settled shortly from their inauguration, seven of them belonging to the leather and leather goods, one dedicated to electrical installations, one to decoration of the home and another to the sports sector.

All of them have hurried the deadlines to stay the maximum that allows the public offer according to the INCYDE regulations, the three years, which will be fulfilled between March and May.

Prior to the visit to the aforementioned facilities, Victoria Rodríguez and Isabel Gómez have met at the Serrano City Council, where they have shown their satisfaction with the response and evolution of the nursery and the companies installed in it, while they have analyzed details about the new public offer.

The delegate of Zona Franca and the mayor of Ubrique already held a meeting this summer and in it expressed their willingness to study possible lines of joint work that foster this type of actions for the benefit of socioeconomic activity.
