International Trade students from the Martínez Montañés Institute of Seville visit the Free Zone of Cádiz

The students took a complete tour of the Cádiz Tax Precinct and visited the Heracles building, the Business Center of the Europa building and the Andalusian Documentary Services company, among others.

A group of International Trade students from the Martínez Montañés Secondary Education Institute in Seville visited the Cádiz Free Trade Zone this week, within the framework of the open door program that the Consortium has in place to bring closer and make citizens aware of its work and that of the companies installed in its Tax Precinct.

The visit began in the Heracles business building, in whose Assembly Hall an explanatory and detailed talk was offered about the activity of the Cádiz Free Zone and the customs and tax advantages it offers to companies, by the person in charge of Customs Management, Francisco Piñero, after which a short video was shown with the history and activity of the Consortium in its more than 85 years of history.

After this exhibition, in which the students interacted, generating an interesting discussion, the group visited the facilities of the Cayco company, dedicated to Logistics and Foreign Trade.

Subsequently, the students went to the Business Center of the Europa building, where they received detailed information about the multiple advantages and services available for starting an activity and the different options offered through the rental of offices, domiciliation, training rooms, computer room or coworking service, the latter with very good acceptance by young entrepreneurs.

The students also visited the Documentary Services facilities of Andalusia, another of the societies of the Cadiz Consortium and dedicated to custody, digitalization, destruction and archiving of documents.

Finally, the group was received at the Headquarters by the Commercial Director, Javier Gutiérrez, who offered some more information about the functioning of the Institution and its governing bodies and thanked them for their interest in the Institution, since it is the third year that the center requests that its International Commerce students get to know the Cádiz tax area.

The Free Zone Guided Visits Program aims to make known and open the Free Zone of Cádiz to citizens and is aimed at all kinds of educational centers, business, cultural, social, associations or professional associations, and so on. You can process a guided tour through the Franca Cádiz Zone website www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
