The Special Delegate of the State in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, will participate in the presentation day of the Algeciras Business Cluster Project, which will take place next Tuesday, October 25 in the Auditorium of the El Fresno Logistics Area Service Center in Los Barrios.
Jorge Ramos will intervene as an agent of the Algeciras Business Cluster, together with representatives of the Andalusian Logistics Network, the Association of Large Industries of the Campo de Gibraltar and the terminals of the Bahía de Algeciras Port.
The event will offer details of this initiative to an audience made up of companies, operators and large industries around the port of Algeciras, its port community and in general the port and logistics community of the province.
In fact, the project, promoted by the Extenda Agency and the Bay Port Authority, aims to generate an investment environment in the entire Campo de Gibraltar region, with the port as the axis, that is, it will promote the logistical development of the area given its potential and the strategic nature of the port's infrastructure and facilities and its wide range of connections with the main national and international markets.
The opening of the day will be carried out by the Innovation delegate of the Junta de Andalucía, Gema Pérez; the CEO of the Extenda Agency, Vanesa Bernad; and the president of the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras, Manuel Morón.
Free Trade Zone is a fundamental element within this initiative since its expansion and expansion project will make available to entrepreneurs an important supply of land in the Region, with new tax precincts around the Port of Algeciras, in El Fresno-Los Barrios, in Algeciras and in La Línea, which will form an offer of industrial land of more than 400,000 m2 with customs and tax advantages that will attract new investments to all of that zone.
