The company Ferma Gestión SL is installed in the Nexus Business Center of the Free Trade Zone in Algeciras, once a module on the first floor of the building was awarded yesterday Monday by the Consortium's Adjudication Table, which it opted for through the Permanent Public Offer OP. 09/16.
Ferma Gestión SL is an Algeciras consultancy specialized in accounting, bookkeeping and tax advice.
This activity is added to those already hosted by the building among the more than 15 installed companies, which cover diverse sectors such as Maritime Transport, Ship Agent, Insurance, Quality Control and Certification, Advertising and Marketing, Transport and Security, among others.
In recent weeks, the marketing of the Nexus building is experiencing significant progress that is materializing in the presentation of the corresponding public offers and subsequent module awards, which has already translated into the occupation of more than 1,100 m2.
Companies value the strategic location of the building, its modern facilities and the possibility of being able to occupy modules that adapt to their different space needs, with offices and offices with surfaces that vary between 23m2 and the 145 m2.
This good response from the business community reinforces the suitability of the implementation of this equipment, which has involved an investment of 6.5 million euros - co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 - and which saw light to support the business fabric of the Campo de Gibraltar region.
