The Commercial Director, Javier Gutiérrez, informed a group of 15 interested businessmen of the new contracting methods that include 10-year financing for the purchase and a 6-month grace period on rent.
The surfaces of the warehouses, whose prices have been adjusted as much as possible with respect to the area market, range from 230 m2 up to 478 m2
Prices for rent range between €1.28 and €2.26/m2/month and for purchase between €357.87 and €505.2/m2.
The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz held an information day yesterday afternoon at the San José del Valle City Hall to announce the advantageous marketing conditions of the warehouses it has in the Los Isletes Industrial Estate, to which important bonuses are applied for new companies that establish themselves in this industrial enclave.
The Commercial Director of the Consortium, Javier Gutiérrez, who excused the attendance of the Special State Delegate, Jorge Ramos, met with a group of interested parties in the Plenary Hall of the Municipal Council and explained to them the new facilities that the Free Trade Zone has implemented to revitalize the activity of the industrial estate. The meeting was also attended by the mayor of the town, Antonio González, who supported the Free Trade Zone initiative to promote the establishment of companies and, therefore, the creation of wealth and employment.
During the meeting, Gutiérrez explained that businessmen and entrepreneurs who want to locate their business in any of the 26 warehouses that are available in San José del Valle can access one of them as property with 10-year payment facilities, while those interested in leasing can opt for a 6-month grace period in rent payment.
The warehouses, with careful aesthetics and qualities, have surfaces that adapt to the different needs of the business community and range between 230 and 478 m.2. For these sizes, rental prices vary from €1.28 to €2.26/m.2/month; while for the purchase the amount is between €357.87 and €505.2/m2.
The variation in the price, which has registered a significant drop compared to the market in the area, depends on the location of the warehouse in question and its situation in the complex and in the Industrial Estate, taking as reference the entrance to it from the road.
The Los Isletes industrial estate, which has a total area of 31,042 m2, is located north-west of the urban center of San José del Valle, close to the municipal cemetery, and is located on the left bank of the Los Isletes highway.
