There is also the option of accessing a plot for lease with the option to purchase.
The plots of the Polígono de Tahivilla have different sizes and their surfaces range from 306.73 to 4,500 m2 and the prices for lease range between €0.37 and €0.60/m2/month and for purchase between €55 and €90/month. m2.
