The facilities of the Poniente Business Park Business Center building are more than twenty years old and showed notable deterioration in their façade and common areas, due to the passage of time.

The improvement project has included, among other works, the replacement of the existing pavement with compact stoneware, the painting of the façade, sealing of windows and a comprehensive renovation of the common areas, toilets and modules.

The Free Trade Zone is working on technical and constructive solutions that will improve habitability and facilitate operation for users, providing better aesthetics and comfort in line with other nearby buildings built by the Consortium such as the Europa Building, Heracles Building, etc.

After the launch of the network of business centers, with more than 70,000 m2 of facilities throughout the province, the Consortium is working on the improvement and remodeling of different spaces that had become obsolete over the years and has already completed the remodeling work of the Atlas Building in the Tax Precinct of the capital and which was inaugurated a few days ago by the Government delegate in Andalusia, Antonio Sanz.

With these renovation works, these facilities, which date back to the 90s, adapt to the quality characteristics that the Free Trade Zone offers in all its business and industrial infrastructure in the province.
