The State Delegate in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos, signed yesterday the lease contracts of the 10 ships that make up the Ubrique Companies nursery and that will begin to be occupied in the coming days after they have proceeded Also, in the same act, to the delivery of keys to the facilities, which have a 100% occupation since their opening.
The nursery of companies, inaugurated by the Undersecretary of State of Finance at the end of last year and has been carried out in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz and the INCyDE Foundation, is located in the so -called Polygon of the skin of the skin of the skin of the mountain town and has been carried out with funds requested in the Feder 2007-2013 operational framework. The total investment has been 1.4 million euros, including the acquisition of the land to the Chamber of Commerce of Cádiz.
During the act, carried out in one of the ships, Jorge Ramos, he was satisfied with the start of the activity in this nursery, which will mean giving the opportunity to ten entrepreneurs to put their business in the market with all the facilities and advantages of zone Franca and encouraged young entrepreneurs "so that no idea is left without going to light."
The delegate of the Consortium, who stressed the importance of institutional collaboration for this and other actions, added that the free zone has its open doors "and we want to support young entrepreneurs so that their projects mature and bear fruit."
And it is not necessary to forget that this action has as its primary objective to favor that the projects will be affected and consolidated, being the stay of each of them in the nursery for a maximum of three years.
Zona Franca has marketed the 10 ships through public offer, whose selection criteria valued above all innovative character, the volume of investment, the period of start of the activity and the creation of direct jobs. In this sense, the 10 companies that are installed contemplate the creation of 44 direct jobs.
The response of the entrepreneurial sector to these facilities has been resounding. Of the 10 ships, 7 of them will house projects related to the skin and leather goods, such as manufacture of leather goods, skin cut and linings, engravings, cutting and clothing of leather items, wholesale wholesale of finishes, among others.
Of the remaining three ships, one will be occupied by a furniture and decoration business; another will house functional training activities and services; And in the last one, a sporting event company will be installed.
Eight of the ten ships have an area of 133 m2 And they have been marketed with an amount from 233 euros per month, while the other two have an area of 147 m2 and a lease price from 257 euros per month. All of them have a half and are equipped with the best qualities, highlighting that all have been marketed heated.
