The Iro Business Center, which the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has carried out in Chiclana, is already in operation and a few days after its opening, 15 of the 18 offices available in the new facility located in the “Higinio” Commercial Complex in Urbisur.
Activity in the new building has begun to be intense since March 1, the date on which the opening took place, and the user companies belong to various sectors, such as legal services, financial advice, insurance, telecommunications, construction, plumbing, real estate or social-health sector, as well as others related to the artistic world.
The new Business Center is made up of small modules of between 22 and 50 m2, with rental prices ranging between 160.8 and 276.8 euros per month, once additional bonuses are applied, since interested parties can access bonuses on rental income of 20% the first year and 10% the second depending on the characteristics of the company.
This price includes furniture and cleaning, as well as the use of the meeting room, all in line with the services and benefits offered by the Free Trade Zone in its business centers throughout the province.
In addition, the building has 875 m2 of commercial premises on the ground floor that are being marketed depending on the space needs of the entrepreneurs. All facilities have been built with an exterior façade and, therefore, full visibility from the main road access to the city.

The acquisition and adaptation work of this equipment has been co-financed by funds requested within the framework of the Feder Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 and has been carried out with the common objective that prevails in other municipalities in which the Zona Franca has similar actions, enhance the business and social fabric and contribute to economic activity and job creation.
