Members of 'Province of Cádiz, Southern European Logistics Platform' meet to advance the preparation of a large Technical Forum

Members of ‘Province of Cádiz, Southern Europe Logistics Platform’ They held a working meeting today to advance the strategy of placing the province on the international logistics map. This meeting is held after the incorporation of the municipalities of Chiclana and El Puerto de San María to this initiative, promoted by the municipalities of Cádiz, Jerez and Algeciras, the Provincial Council of Cádiz and the Free Trade Zone Consortium.
The mayor of Cádiz, Teófila Martínez, was present at the meeting; the special delegate of the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos; the provincial deputy Ignacio Romaní; the deputy mayor of Jerez, Antonio Saldaña; the mayor of El Puerto, Alfonso Candón; and the mayor of Chiclana, Ernesto Marín.
This meeting is part of the line of work for the promotion of 'Province of Cádiz, Southern European Logistics Platform', after the registration of the brand and its incorporation into organizations of international prestige. In this meeting, the steps to follow for the next incorporation of new town councils and entities to the platform were addressed, through collaboration agreements.
In this sense, the first strategic objective of the members and promoters of 'Province of Cádiz, Southern European Logistics Platform’ is the organization of an international Technical Forum, scheduled for before the end of the year, in which it is expected to have the presence of representatives of logistics spaces from Latin America and Africa.
