The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has begun the pre-commercialization of the Business Center located inside the Cádiz Casino in the heart of the Cádiz capital and whose work is completed in the absence of the final touches that will culminate in the coming days.
The work, for an amount of 183,205.21 euros and co-financed by funds requested in the Feder Operational Framework for Andalusia 2017-2013, has provided modern infrastructure to this historic building, which now houses office modules, a classroom and a coworking room.
Professionals interested in accessing these new spaces in the heart of the Cadiz capital will be able to do so with prices ranging between 200 and 300 euros per month for offices measuring between 13 and 21 m2, although the Free Trade Zone will study any proposal that has other needs for greater or lesser space.
The facilities offer added services that include counseling, cleaning, internet, electricity consumption and air conditioning, among others. In addition, users can opt for other services of the Free Zone Business Centers, such as a training classroom and meeting room.
The work has consisted of a remodeling of the interior of the emblematic building in order to modernize its infrastructure and provide the building with a business center along the lines of those that the Consortium already has in place or is developing both in Cádiz and in other municipalities of the province.
Although the Free Zone already has experience in the capital with its seven office buildings both inside and outside the Tax Precinct, the project aims to boost economic and social activity in a strategic space of the city and will mean the presence of the Free Zone in the historic center of Cádiz.
