It will have 1,700 square meters for offices, offices and classrooms
In recent days, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium approved the authorization for the installation in Chiclana of a Business Center that responds to the demand of the town's City Council, as well as that of Chiclana businessmen.
The authorized project will consist of a Business Center of 1,700 square meters built, which will house offices, offices and classrooms fully finished and equipped with all the advantages so that the businessman can start his activity in the shortest period of time possible and at very competitive prices. Thus, the Business Center will include a wide range of services such as telephony, internet, shared switchboard, direct debits, cleaning and secretarial services, in addition to offering the innovative coworking service, a tool with great acceptance in other municipalities of the province through which the entrepreneur can start his activity in a work environment for 50 euros per month.
The new equipment begins its processing with the acquisition of the property where it will be located and the completion of the adaptation works for its conversion into a Business Center. It is the intention of Zona Franca to be able to start it within the first half of 2014.
This center will join those that the Cádiz Consortium already has in many municipalities in the province. In Cádiz it has the Europa, Melkart, Heracles, Atlas and Glorieta building; The Las Salinas Business Center is located in Puerto de Santa María; In Algeciras there is the already existing Almanzor Business Center, in the La Menacha industrial estate, and the one that is being built next to the local Chamber of Commerce; in Jerez, Zona Franca is going to rehabilitate the old convent of San Agustín as a Business Center, the start of which is scheduled for the first half of 2014; A Business Center is planned in Vejer de la Frontera, which will be put out to tender immediately; and in Arcos de la Frontera, where a public tender has currently been put out to draft the project.
The Chiclana Business Center joins, therefore, the largest offer of business centers in the province of Cádiz and highlights the work of the Free Zone for the growth and strengthening of the business fabric of its environment, which consequently brings wealth and employment for the different municipalities of Cádiz.
