The coworking service offered by the Zona Franca Business Center currently has 19 positions occupied, 82% of those available

The Europa building of the Free Zone Consortium, located in the Interior complex and inaugurated last February, is already 80% occupied since it was inaugurated last February.

The one that was described in its day by the Special Delegate of the State in the Consortium, Jorge Ramos, as "the best business center in the province" has lived up to this definition and in just 10 months has exceeded 80% average occupancy in its available spaces, after the transfer and inauguration last week of the Hospitality School - dependent on the Provincial Council - to its ground and first floors. . In fact, the presence of the Hospitality School has meant that the numbers are even better, since when it comes to the space destined for offices and modules of the business building, Zona Franca has managed to occupy 92.11% of the 4,555 meters squares available. The 1,693 square meters occupied by the Diputación Collection Service stand out.
It should be noted that, throughout this time, 78.40% of the 17 warehouses built at the rear of the property have also been brought into operation, of which 13 have already been occupied. The companies that have established themselves respond to very diverse sectors ranging from the sale and repair of reprographic and computer equipment, workshop and sale of motorcycles and bicycles, the supply and recycling of aeronautical components, courier services and naval and industrial repairs, among others.

In addition, the Europa Building also houses the Free Trade Zone Business Center on its third and fourth floors, which offers 35 offices with flexible modules according to needs, a meeting room, coworking rooms and a computer room. Of the existing offices in the Business Center, 17 are currently occupied. The coworking service, a tool designed for entrepreneurs to start their activity in a professional environment for 50 euros per month –with internet, telephone, secretarial service, cleaning, etc. - has been very well received with 19 positions filled, which represents 82% occupancy. In its offices and offices, companies and freelancers from very diverse sectors coexist, ranging from IT, engineering, automotive, real estate and comprehensive cleaning services, among others.

The Business Center also provides service to 24 domiciliations, that is, those who use it as their registered office without physically carrying out work on the premises.

The Europa building is the first outpost for the transformation that the exterior industrial area of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has to undergo. This property was conceived as a relocation space for companies that have to be relocated to operate in the different blocks of the outer industrial estate.

The construction of this building cost 12 million euros and has been co-financed with Feder Funds.
