Jorge Ramos receives the mayor of Ubrique in the Free Trade Zone

The State delegate in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, received the mayor of Ubrique, Manuel Toro, this morning at the Consortium's Headquarters, in the first of a series of work days to discuss matters of mutual interest between both institutions.
Among the issues addressed and agreed upon is the signing of a collaboration agreement between both organizations to carry out the construction of a set of industrial warehouses in that city by Zona Franca. These warehouses would be intended to accommodate new entrepreneurs, who would be free of payment and would only cover the costs of supplies and community. The construction of another number of warehouses is also contemplated to be put on a rental and sale basis.
In another order of things, both institutions have agreed to coordinate actions for the supply of drinking water to the Venta Martín Industrial Park, in Benaocaz, and that for reasons of economy and efficiency, and given its proximity to Ubrique, it depends more on this municipality than on Benaocaz itself.
The Free Trade Zone will send the proposed agreement shortly so that it can be ratified by the City Council and the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Institution.
