The Special delegate of the State in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium, Jorge Ramos Aznar, received this morning the visit of the delegate of the Andalusian Government in Cádiz, Fernando López Gil, within the framework of the relationship of loyalty that must exist between institutions.
During the meeting, both leaders addressed different issues and topics of special interest to the province and in particular reviewed the projects that link both Institutions, such as the current situation of the facilities owned by the Consortium, leased by the Government of Andalusia, or the construction of the future hospital in Cádiz, whose site, located on the former CASA land, is owned by the Consortium. In this sense, they have expressed their complete willingness to seek solutions and unblock the project.
Another of the issues discussed was the future of the Las Aletas industrial estate, a project that both see as a priority to unlock and promote to become the great logistics node of the Bay.
Both Jorge Ramos and Fernando López have agreed that this meeting, which was the first since both took office in their respective positions, is the beginning of a series of contacts to advance issues of interest for the future of Cádiz and its province.
