The delegate of the Free Trade Zone signs tomorrow in Arcos the agreement for the creation of a Business Center

The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, will visit Arcos de la Frontera tomorrow where he will sign with the mayor of the municipality, José Luis Núñez, the collaboration agreement with which the Consortium recovers an old commitment with Arcos, which contemplates the construction of an intelligent building, a business incubator that will provide shelter to all the entrepreneurs in the area who want to settle there.

The ratification of the aforementioned agreement will materialize in the construction of a “small business hotel”, as defined by Jorge Ramos during his June visit to the municipality, which will be at the service of the entrepreneurs of Arcos and de la Sierra and whose works could begin in the first or second half of next year.

This will be a Business Center like those that already exist in many parts of the province and that have been launched by the Free Trade Zone Consortium. These are business spaces for entrepreneurs and companies, with more than reasonable rents, equipped with all the new technologies, and with a significant reduction in businessmen's expenses since they share everything from telephone operators to meeting rooms. In these business centers an entrepreneur can have his company set up in less than 24 hours since they are delivered perfectly equipped.

The new building will be financed 70% with FEDER funds from the European Union, while the remaining 30% will come from funds from the Free Zone Consortium.
