Zona Franca launches an asset sale campaign with guaranteed profitability from 7%

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium has put on the market an important package of assets for sale with a guaranteed profitability of 7% for ten years. The Public Offer, approved by the Executive Committee on May 29, includes a batch of assets located in the best locations in the city worth 26.6 million euros.

Specifically, the properties correspond to offices in the Carranza building, in Preference and in Fondo Norte; in the Tartessos building; in the Astarte building; in the Poniente Park and in the Bajo de la Cabezuela in Puerto Real.

Investors can access facilities from 130,000 euros, ensuring an annual return of more than 7% that the Free Trade Zone will guarantee over the next 10 years.
Along these lines, the Cádiz Institution has launched a strong campaign to sell parking spaces in the different car parks it has in the city, Glorieta, Carranza and Loreto, which can be accessed from 15,000 euros. The public offer for these car parks will be open until June 30.
In addition to the spaces for sale, the Free Zone car parks continue to offer rotating spaces and monthly subscriptions, with special offers and rates ranging from 1 euro for the first nine hours in the High Level Parking in the Interior Area.
