Accompanied by the ZF delegate, the Government subdelegate visits the adaptation work of the SEPE offices in Fondo Norte

The subdelegate of the Government in Cádiz, Javier de Torre, visited yesterday Monday the progress of the works and the progress of the move for the installation of the new Provincial Delegation of the Public Employment Service (SEPE), former INEM, in the North Fund of the Carranza Building. During the visit, De Torre was accompanied by the State delegate in the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium, Jorge Ramos, and by the director of the Employment Service, Pedro de Los Santos, as well as by part of the Free Zone management team. in charge of the adaptation of the premises.

In this sense, Javier de Torre verified in situ the validity of the adaptations carried out by the Free Zone on the ground and first floors of Fondo Norte, in order for the definitive transfer of the SEPE to the stadium to be carried out.
Specifically, the State Public Employment Service will occupy a total of 3,500 useful square meters between the ground and first floors and will have 10 parking spaces in the North End.

The Consortium awarded the contract for the adaptation, renovation and independence works of the two plants to FCC Construction S.A. on February 16 for an amount of 138,101 euros. With the imminent transfer of the SEPE there is no space available in the 6,500 square meters of offices and premises that Zona Franca put on the market in Fondo Norte, since the Juvenile Court completes the third floor and part of the fourth and the Services company and Educational Infrastructures (ISE) completes the free space of the fourth. Only the 629 square meters temporarily occupied by Cádiz CF on the ground floor in Fondo Norte would be free and would be moved to the Grandstand when the works are completed.

The move of the Public Employment Service has meant that the Free Zone has completed 99% of the marketing of the first two phases of the Carranza Building –South Fund, Preference and North Fund - forming a property with 20,290 square meters of offices and premises and 762 parking spaces, in which the Consortium has invested a total of 47.5 million euros between both phases.
