The initiative, facilitated by consultant Javier Germade, allowed participants to develop business projects in a creative and collaborative way, highlighting key attributes such as innovation, sustainability and low cost.
This Tuesday, the Blue Zone Forum in Cádiz hosted an innovative entrepreneurship workshop based on the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, taught by consultant and facilitator Javier Germade. The session allowed participants to creatively and collaboratively explore how to shape their business ideas in the field of the blue economy.
The activity combined play, strategy and reflection to translate complex business concepts into a visual and tangible language through LEGO pieces. During the dynamic, attendees were challenged to represent their personal skills through symbolic constructions, build a tower that symbolized their projects and design models to present their proposals to investors, highlighting three fundamental attributes: innovation, sustainability and economic efficiency.
“The interesting thing about this methodology is that it allows entrepreneurs to quickly and clearly capture the essence of their project, favoring communication and the generation of new ideas.”, explained Javier Germade during the activity.
The workshop is part of the Blue Zone Forum's commitment to promoting the blue economy and sustainable entrepreneurship, creating spaces where creativity is put at the service of business development. The forum thus consolidates its commitment to innovation in the maritime sector through disruptive methodologies that enhance entrepreneurial talent.
With initiatives like this, Cádiz reinforces its position as an international meeting point for innovation linked to the sea, demonstrating how collaborative tools such as LEGO® Serious Play® can accelerate the development of sustainable business projects in the field of the blue economy.
