Third year of Blue Zone Forum
The Blue Zone Forum celebrates its third edition this year. In the previous editions he has managed to consolidate Cádiz as a city of reference for knowledge, innovation and blue entrepreneurship. In 2024, the Forum was held in collaboration with the University of Cádiz - collaboration that will be reissued in the peer years - and managed to exceed 1,500 participants, with a sign headed by figures such as Céline Cousteau, Ferrán Adrià and Gisela Pulido and 165 national and international experts.
The edition also stood out for the creation of new thematic spaces such as the Blue Women forum, which was attended by Mercedes Martín, and an area dedicated to biotechnology, thus consolidating its role as a meeting point for the national and international blue ecosystem.
On the other hand, in the first edition in 2023 the event brought together 1,200 attendees, with the participation of three international speakers of great prestige —Gunt Pauli, Ángel León and Teresa Zabel -, in addition to 38 speakers, five specialized workshops and three networks meetings.
