The renowned economist and referent in the business field Emilio Durado will be in charge of closing the Blue Zone Forum - Navalia Meeting 2025, the National Reference Reference event on Blue Economy and Naval Industry that will take place from September 24 to 26 at the Palacio de Congresos de Cádiz.

The Free Zone of Cádiz, organizer of the meeting with Navalia, closes with the intervention of lasted an agenda full of presentations, round tables and workshops. With more than three decades of experience as an advisor, consultant and trainer in some of the country's main companies, Emilio Dura was a reference in the business field and one of the most influential speakers in the country. He has been recognized with prizes such as Emilio Castelar for business commitment, the Jean-Baptiste Say to business excellence or the young leaders' leaders as a reference for humanity. His intervention will provide keys to the entrepreneurial fabric, with inspirational values ​​and motivation to attending people, at a crucial moment for the impulse of talent and the transformation of the productive fabric from a more sustainable model and committed to the environment.

Third edition of Blue Zone Forum

In 2025, Blue Zone Forum reaches its third edition. In the previous ones, Blue Zone Forum has consolidated Cádiz as a reference space for knowledge, innovation and blue entrepreneurship. In 2023, the event brought together 1,200 attendees, with the participation of three international speakers of great prestige —Gunt Pauli, Ángel León and Teresa Zabel - in addition to 38 speakers, five specialized workshops and three networks meetings.

In 2024, the Forum was held in collaboration with the University of Cádiz and managed to exceed 1,500 participants, with a sign headed by figures such as Céline Cousteau, Ferrán Adrià and Gisela Pulido and 165 national and international experts. The edition also stood out for the creation of new thematic spaces such as the Blue Women forum, which was attended by Mercedes Martín, and an area dedicated to biotechnology, thus consolidating its role as a meeting point for the national and international blue ecosystem.
