Businessmen in the area are showing great interest in the plots of different sizes in the industrial estate, located next to National Highway 340.
The industrial polygon of the free zone in Tahivilla, rate, is obtaining very positive results after the intensification of the marketing actions of recent months and already registers an 80% occupation in terms of the number of marketed plots.
Of the 27 existing plots in the industrial enclave, only six are currently available, remaining five of them with lease while 16 have been sold. The highest occupation has occurred in the last 48 months, specifically since April 2023, a period in which 55% of the total has been marketed.
The Tahivilla Industrial Polygon, located in a very well communicated location with the National 340, has 27 plots of different sizes, which host companies of diverse sectors, such as logistics, storage and repair of appliances, automotive, carpentry, food, surfing equipment or service station, among others.
After the latest additions to the polygon, the market analysis carried out by the consortium predicts that the installation of the new companies could serve as a revulsive to promote the activity in this industrial enclave that complements the offer of industrial land in the municipality of Tarifa.
