Hernando has reported that “the Government makes available to citizens and companies, through the INCIBE, 017, a national and free service that can be used to consult doubts, but also to know what to do when there is a cyber attack. In 2024 on 017, which can be contacted by phone, WhatsApp or email, received about 100,000 consultations from all over Spain. Cádiz ”.
"More than half of the consultations received by companies are reactive consultations, when there is already a cybersecurity problem, but there are 32% of preventive calls.
