The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, through its public company Servicios Documentales de Andalucía (SDA), will be in charge of the custody and external management of the Historical Archive of the Labor and Social Security Inspection of Seville, proceeding to carry out different specialized services document management for an initial period of two years.
The contract achieved, which has been the result of an award process in which the solvency of the Free Zone society has been demonstrated with requirements regarding the quality of services, the promotion of a sustainable environment and safety and privacy of information, includes action on an initial volume of documentation of 1,700 linear meters.
It should be noted that Servicios Documentales de Andalucía has recently obtained certification in the National Security Scheme (ENS) in the medium category in accordance with Royal Decree 311/2022, which underlines the commitment to information security and the protection of personal data. . This accreditation confirms that SDA guarantees 100% security by implementing technical and organizational measures that mitigate risks and ensure confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and traceability.
The Documentary Services of the Free Zone have as clients large entities and public organizations of all types, especially linked to the health field, in addition to numerous private clients. One of these important contracts is the one signed two years ago with the Official College of Architects of Malaga, with whom the service provided has recently been expanded, which now also includes the transfer of more than 2,800 linear meters of documentation from the Historical Archive.
The work carried out with the Malaga College of Architects is focusing mainly on the digitization of reports and plans, in addition to providing a prior inventory, transfer, custody and certified destruction service of the files for a total of 3,400 linear meters of documentation.
